Great post! I forwarded a copy to the director of the Sherry Institute of Spain, Graham Hines, whom the Consejo Regulador just talked out of retirement to run the PR campaign. They've apparently just 'sacked' (no pun intended) the agency. I thought it might be an interesting PR op for sherry in the UK.
