  • Hi Justin. I´ve necer tryed Sherry vinegar, but in Spain you can make vinegar from Sherry... here in Portugal we can´t do vinegar from Port wines, and that´s a shame. Can you imagine the flavour of such a vinegar made from Port wine? Believe me, it is something to remember for a long time... but rules are rules, and maybe someday i´ll try some of Sherry vinegars, because i am also a great admiror of Sherry. Cheers
  • Hi Vitor. Thanks for your post. Is there any legal reason why you can't make vinegar from Port? I would have thought Vinagre do Porto would be fantastic. Especially if it is aged in wood for a bit.
