  • I have had one wine before that used the Prieto Picudo varietal, the Villacezan Seis Meses Tierra De Leon. I thought this was an excellent wine with a more unusual taste. It had a good nose, some nice dark fruit flavors with sufficient tannins to give it some structure. I will definitely look for the wines that you mention here.
