I really enjoyed your podcast with Ben and Marina. The wine tasting technique seems really interesting. I enjoy how you compare the wines sampled alone and with foods. This is something I am slowly but surely gaining an interest in. Today I tried a temperanillo/shiraz blend which was light and smooth at the same time. Usually I associate smooth wines as heavy wines so I thought this one exceptional. I wish I could remember the name. Do you enjoy wine blends? Anyway thanks again.
