Dylan · 1 year agoFirst off the food looks and sounds amazing. Second, I would just like to commend Edward and his wife for pursuing this career in China. As you said, "a profession that barely exists in a country that only really began importing wine some fifteen years ago and whose own wine industry is dominated by massive government corporations." In a sense, you both are modern day pioneers.
