I am on my way to recovery as we speak and look forwards to drinking some fabulous wines that we need to write about in the near future. And considering that my illness was a result of staying in the same place as the herd of little ones in the center of one of the most beautiful places on Earth called, Queralbs (Google this and you'll find a wealth of information on how incredible this place is), I can't complain. I could drink from the tap and the water tasted purer and fresher than Madrid, which is actually saying a lot, all while hiking through stone villages and be served Grenacha tinto from a purron for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
