- Great read Gabriella. Was hoping to go to the bloggers conference, but clashes with another trip. Regards, Lindsay
- Nice post. Very evocative imagery. Cheers!
- Hey Bill, happy belated birthday from both of us! We're so sorry we couldn't have celebrated with you, but we'll make us for lost time at Christmas ;-)
- Agree with your thoughts on bottle aged wine. Just finished up my birthday dinner. One of the bottles was a '95 Ch. Lascombes. It's been in my cellar (wine closet) for 10 years or so. Funny...

As mentioned in our Bodega Profile of Dominio Dostares, we did have the opportunity to do, yet another, vidcast to close April’s Virtual Tasting of rosé. Although I’m gaining experience being in front of a camera, I can’t say that I feel any more

The other wines they are making with Prieto Picudo are very promising: Estay and Cumal.
And, above all, I loved the Lusco do Miño Pazo Piñeiro 2005, from Rias Baixas, made from Albariño grapes. An albariño that is at the top three of the region IMHO.
Keep the good work,
