Loved the post and hope the nasty norwegian bugs soon leave your system. Knut has been down with the same thing you two had, but Thomas is better now. Linda and I are holding our breath, hoping to avoid our turn.
As for suggestions, you can always give small tips on food making - such as Ryans good tip for marinades (that pork we had the paella night was amazing) or how to make the stock the paella was made with.
Miss you "gise" and looking forward to seeing you again this summer!
